Real Housing Justice
Solutions
Homeownership Equality Research Organization [Hero] fights to increase homeownership among Blacks and other disadvantaged people by offering effective Housing Justice Solutions to put REAL people in REAL houses.
HERO Enables lenders to reach the disadvantaged by closing loans that would otherwise be declined. We do this through downpayment assistance, covering loan costs, increasing reserves and improving the applicant’s debt-on-income ratio. In addition HERO provides financial education and foreclosure avoidance assistance"
HERO provides the financial training and principles that is so often neglected by educational systems in Black areas.
